Be Prepared!
- Come photo-ready but bring any necessary tools/products for hair/makeup touch-ups.
- Wash your face! Brush your teeth! Shave and trim!
- Be sure to moisturize if you have dry skin.
- Transport clothes on a hangar to avoid wrinkles.
- Avoid clothing with busy or fine/intricate patterns.
- Natural colors usually work well. Avoid clothing colors that are overly vibrant or clash with your complexion/hair.
- Practice smiling in the mirror!
Please Be Aware
- Sessions are 30 minutes long. If you would like to photograph more than two outfits, please plan for 10 extra minutes per additional outfit.
- Please be aware that your session may be canceled and your retainer forfeited if you are more than 20 minutes late.
- You may reschedule your session via Calendly up to 24 hours in advance.
- While there are some things that can be edited in post-production (acne, wrinkled clothing, etc.), requests for difficult edits may result in additional charges.
Business Headshot Photography Pricing
We accept Venmo (@actonephotography), Zelle (info@actonephotography.com), or can send a PayPal Invoice for Credit Card payments. While we do accept Cash, that may delay your session reservation confirmation.
- $89 for the first portrait (includes one digital file)*
- Your $25 session retainer will be applied toward your final fee.
- $49/ea for additional individuals (includes one digital file)*
- $25/ea for additional digital files*
- $175 studio set-up fee (lights and backdrop)
- $1/mile travel fee + tolls & parking
- Additional travel and/or lodging fees may apply for jobs outside the Denver Metro Area
